International Account Manager

We are looking for an International Account Manager to join our team as a full-time employee. Reporting to the Director of Sales Europe based in Brussels, the Account Manager will be at the vanguard of Software Language Tools Sales and Market development for the company in Europe. Experienced in complex corporate and/or government sales, your strength is strategic sales and problem solving. As a Senior Sales Professional, your time is your most important asset, so you are constantly qualifying opportunities, at every stage of the sales process, so as to maximize your personal return on investment.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales quota, expense and growth targets
  • Responsible for commercial and certain governments within Western Europe
  • Maintain a good care of the assigned customer base (farming) while developing new accounts (hunting)
  • Capable to and comfortable with traveling 50% of your time, within Europe
  • Comfortable with responsibility for the entire sales cycle (research, lead generation, qualification, consultative sales, creating a value proposition, the close, follow-up)
  • Comfortable selling at high levels of an organisation (CFO, and director level), while responding to the needs of all customer constituencies (users, technical buyers, influencers, decision makers and economic buyers)
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, Network and computer systems

What you bring to the table:

  • 5-10 years of related experience in Sales, Account Management or Market Development
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent by experience
  • Experience in selling software and/or services
  • Language industry knowledge will be valued
  • Proven Track record in delivering on Revenue, expense and growth targets
  • Clear understanding of Solution Selling techniques
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and a positive attitude
