Government – Senior Account Executive

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be an integral part of the Sales Team. You will be focused on helping sales and marketing meet and exceed corporate objectives, implement and execute sales and marketing initiatives, and maintain exceptional customer service through ongoing communication, pre-sales support and interaction with multiple company departments.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new government accounts and upsell existing accounts to achieve goals and exceed quota
  • Generate, manage,and filter leads to support and maximize existing government account penetration
  • Account management
  • Consistently build and manage government pipeline and deliver accurate quarterly sales forecasts
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
  • Manage effective working relationships in a collaborative team environment
  • Respond, in a timely manner, to information requests from customers and prospects
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to sustain an excellent level of service by conducting initial and follow-up calls to potential customers and trade show leads
  • Prepare and deliver onsite and/or online product demos and promotional webinars
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of MultiCorpora’s Language Management products and services, industry trends, and competition
  • Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), write proposals and quotations, negotiate license agreements, and all other aspects of account management
  • Develop customer user groups within government for product development/info gathering

 

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience selling to the government is a must
  • Bilingualism is a must (English and French)
  • Highly self-motivated, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with solution selling techniques
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated “people” skills
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
